Illinois High School Soccer - Oswego East knocks off Metea Valley

Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves confront the Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) in a Suburban Prairie challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Oswego East will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Bengals enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL).
The Mustangs now possess a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Lemont for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 2. Metea Valley will confront a Lemont HS team coming off a 5-0 league win over Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL). The Lemont HS record now stands at 6-4.
