The Glendale Falcons softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting St. Teresa's Academy Stars to 4 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Glendale moves its record to 17-9 on the year. The Falcons host Joplin (Joplin, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, October 2. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 10-11. Joplin lost 11-1 in their recent non-league game against Nixa (Nixa, MO)

In their next game, the Stars clash with the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 2. St. Teresa's Academy will attempt to move on its 5-20 season record. The Guardians come into the game with a 7-12 record after their 17-3 non-league loss to Odessa (Odessa, MO).
