The Urbandale J-Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Ames Little Cyclones to 1 in the J-Hawks league victory on Saturday.

The J-Hawks now have a 7-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Des Moines East for a non-league game on Saturday, September 30.

The Little Cyclones (8-13) will now prepare for their game against Des Moines East (Des Moines, IA). The Scarlets enter the non-league game with a 1-14 record.
