Texas High School Volleyball - Bluff Dale over Rising Star

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bluff Dale Bobcats (Bluff Dale, TX) and the visiting Rising Star Wildcats (Rising Star, TX), saw Bluff Dale's volleyball squad beat Rising Star by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Bluff Dale upgrades its record to 15-10 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Lingleville (Lingleville, TX) to play the Cardinals in a 1A Region II District 13 bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 10-11. Lingleville won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ranger (Ranger, TX)

The Wildcats now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Trent for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Rising Star will play a Gorillas squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Paint Rock (Paint Rock, TX). The Gorillas record now stands at 1-9.
