In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Crook County Cowboys volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Central Panthers.
The Cowboys (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against Barlow (Gresham, OR). The Bruins come into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Barlow lost by Central Catholic (Portland, OR), 3-0, in a league match.
With the loss, Central drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Panthers host Woodburn (Woodburn, OR) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 5A Mid-Willamette match on Tuesday, October 3. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 2-12.
