South Carolina High School Volleyball - Davidson Day can't hold off Legion Collegiate Academy

The Davidson Day Patriots volleyball team (Davidson, NC), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC)

The Lancers (21-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The War Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 11-9 record.

Next, the Patriots encounter the Hickory Christian Academy Knights (Hickory, NC) in a Foothills Athletic challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Davidson Day will attempt to move on its 17-3 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Statesville Christian (Statesville, NC).
