The Iowa City Little Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Denver Cyclones to 1 in the Little Hawks non-league victory on Saturday.

The Little Hawks now have a 21-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Xavier for a Mississippi Valley - Mississippi game on Tuesday, October 3. Iowa City will meet a Saints team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Denver (Denver, IA). The Saints record now stands at 18-5.

The Cyclones (27-7) will now prepare for their game against Ankeny (Ankeny, IA). The Hawks enter the non-league game with a 17-8 record. In their last game, Ankeny was nudged by Northwest (Waukee, IA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
