The Des Moines Christian Lions topped the host Urbandale J-Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 25-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ankeny Centennial for a non-league test on Saturday, September 30. Des Moines Christian will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Johnston (Johnston, IA). The Jaguars record now stands at 17-3.
The J-Hawks (7-15) will now prepare for their test against Ames (Ames, IA). The Little Cyclones enter the CIML - Central test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, Ames was knocked off by Roosevelt (Des Moines, IA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
