Colorado High School Volleyball - Colorado Springs School edged by Florence

The Florence Huskies held off the visiting Colorado Springs School Kodiaks volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Huskies now have a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colorado Springs Christian for a 3A/2A/4A Tri-Peaks test on Tuesday, October 3. Florence will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Banning Lewis Academy (Colorado Springs, CO). The Lions record now stands at 11-4.

The Kodiaks (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Fountain Valley (Colorado Springs, CO). The Danes enter the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Fountain Valley was nudged by Swallows Charter Academy (Pueblo West, CO), 3-2, in a non-league test.
