The Fighting Irish (20-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lutheran North (Macomb, MI). The Mustangs enter the Catholic - AA challenge with a 19-5 record. In their last challenge, Lutheran North nipped Regina (Warren, MI), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Walled Lake Central Vikings (Walled Lake, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Mason will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI).
