The Little River Redskins (Little River, KS) volleyball nudged the visiting Halstead Dragons (Halstead, KS), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Little River upgrades its record to 24-2 on the year. The Redskins host Canton-Galva (Canton, KS) to face the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 13-13. Canton-Galva lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Wichita HomeSchool (Wichita, KS)

The Dragons now own a 23-3 record. They play next when they host Smoky Valley for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 3. Halstead will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Haven (Haven, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 17-7.
