The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN) and the visiting Upsala Cardinals (Upsala, MN), saw Hancock's volleyball squad beat Upsala by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Hancock upgrades its record to 6-14 on the year. The Owls travel to Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Hill-Murray won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Hastings (Hastings, MN)

The Cardinals now own a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Long Prairie-Grey Eagle for a Prairie bout on Thursday, October 5.
