In Saturday's non-league contest, the Holcomb Longhorns (Holcomb, KS) volleyball squad were winner over the host Stanton County Trojans (Johnson, KS), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Longhorns face the Cimarron Bluejays (Cimarron, KS) in a Great West Activities contest, on Saturday, September 30. Holcomb will attempt to better on its 17-8 season record. The Bluejays go into the contest with a 10-14 record after their 2-0 league win over Goodland (Goodland, KS).
