In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Indianola Indians volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sioux City North Stars.
The Indians (24-4) will now prepare for their battle against Johnston (Johnston, IA). The Dragons come into the non-league battle with a 14-6 record. In their last battle, Johnston lost by Ankeny Centennial (Ankeny, IA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Stars clash with the Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA) in a Missouri River battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Sioux City North will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record.
