The Iota Bulldogs (Iota, LA) volleyball tipped the host Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Iota upgrades its record to 16-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to North Vermilion (Maurice, LA) to face the Patriots in a non-league outing on Monday, October 2. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 6-5.
The now own a 10-15 record. They play next when they host Fisher for a Division IV District 7 outing on Monday, October 2. Thomas Jefferson will face a Gators squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over South Plaquemines (Buras, LA). The Gators record now stands at 9-5.
