The Siuslaw Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Junction City Tigers to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.

The Vikings now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrisburg for a 3A Mountain Valley game on Tuesday, October 3. Siuslaw will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to North Douglas (Drain, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 4-11.

The Tigers (6-12) will now prepare for their game against Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR). The Pelicans enter the 4A Skyline game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Klamath Union defeated Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR), 3-0, in a league game.
