Washington High School Volleyball - Pullman can't hold off King's

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host King's Knights volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Pullman Greyhounds.
The Knights (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Overlake (Redmond, WA). The Owls come into the 1A Emerald Sound battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Overlake nudged Northwest (Seattle, WA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Greyhounds encounter the Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 30. Pullman will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Bears come into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Liberty (Spangle, WA).
