The Riverton Hawks prevailed the visiting Lanphier Lions volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hawks now have a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympia for a Sangamo test on Tuesday, October 3. Riverton will confront a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Williamsville (Williamsville, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 12-13.
The Lions (1-24) will now prepare for their test against Manual (Peoria, IL). The Rams enter the non-league test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Manual dropped by Peoria (Peoria, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
