In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Red Oak Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lawton-Bronson Eagles.
The Tigers (19-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Titans come into the Hawkeye Ten battle with a 22-2 record. In their last battle, Lewis Central achieved victory over Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 30. Lawton-Bronson will attempt to advance on its 5-12 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 14-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA).
