The Pine Ridge Thorpes topped the host Santee Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Thorpes now have a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bennett County for a A Region 7 test on Thursday, October 5. Pine Ridge will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 6-10.
The Warriors (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Boyd County (Spencer, NE). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 4-17 record. In their last test, Boyd County was knocked off by Burke (Burke, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
