The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Republic County Buffaloes (Belleville, KS) and the visiting Thunder Ridge Longhorns (Kensington, KS), saw Republic County's volleyball squad beat Thunder Ridge by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Republic County upgrades its record to 5-21 on the year. The Buffaloes travel to Rock Hills (Mankato, KS) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Rock Hills won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pike Valley (Scandia, KS)

The Longhorns now own a 6-14 record. They play next when they host Lincoln for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. Thunder Ridge will play a Leopards squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Natoma (Natoma, KS). The Leopards record now stands at 8-11.
