Next up, the Bears face the Hanford West Huskies (Hanford, CA) in a Tri-County- Sequoia contest, on Monday, October 2. Selma will attempt to better on its 12-9 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 11-10 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Coalinga (Coalinga, CA).

With the loss, Strathmore moves to 6-11 on the year. The Spartans travel to Granite Hills (Porterville, CA) to face the Grizzlies in a East Sequoia- Sequoia contest on Monday, October 2. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a record of 3-13. Granite Hills lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Lindsay (Lindsay, CA)
