The South Tama County Trojans volleyball team (Tama, IA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Union Knights (La Porte City, IA)

The Knights (23-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Falcons enter the North Iowa Cedar - East challenge with a 20-5 record. In their last challenge, Aplington-Parkersburg defeated Columbus (Waterloo, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Central City Wildcats (Central City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. South Tama County will attempt to move on its 10-17 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA).
