The St. Augustine Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Joseph Academy Bloodhounds to 2 in the Knights league victory on Saturday.

The Knights now have a 14-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Antonio Christian for a TAPPS 5A District 4 game on Tuesday, October 3. St. Augustine will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX). The Lions record now stands at 17-17.

The Bloodhounds (7-5) will now prepare for their game against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX). The Flyers enter the TAPPS 5A District 4 game with a 32-6 record. In their last game, St. Joseph nipped Saint Mary's Hall (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
