Kansas High School Volleyball - Thomas More Prep-Marian can't hold off Wichita County

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Wichita County Indians volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Thomas More Prep-Marian Monarchs.

The Indians (16-9) will now prepare for their battle against Ulysses (Ulysses, KS). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 20-7 record. In their last battle, Ulysses nudged Cheylin (Bird City, KS), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Monarchs clash with the Ellis Railroaders (Ellis, KS) in a Mid-Continent battle, on Thursday, October 5. Thomas More Prep-Marian will attempt to advance on its 13-15 season record.
