Indiana High School Soccer - Rossville nudges Taylor

Fans at Monday's league battle between the Rossville Hornets (Rossville, IN) and the host Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN), saw Rossville's soccer squad hold off Taylor by a count of 2-1.

The Hornets (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN). The Trojans enter the Hoosier Heartland battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Tri-Central was edged by Lapel (Lapel, IN), 9-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Titans battle the Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland battle, on Tuesday, October 1. Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Comets enter the battle with a 0-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wabash (Wabash, IN).
