With the win, Granite Falls improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Mount Vernon Christian (Mount Vernon, WA) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 4-1.

The Grizzlies now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Overlake for a non-league test on Friday, October 4. Bear Creek will face a Owls squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA). The Owls record now stands at 5-0.
