With the win, Lincoln-Way Central advances its record to 1-0 on the season.

The Bobcats now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Momence for a test on Tuesday, October 1. Beecher will face a Momence Athletics squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Donovan (Donovan, IL). The Momence Athletics record now stands at 2-0.
