The Collegiate Cougars soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Veritas School Lions to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Monday.
The Cougars now hold a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Woodberry Forest for a VPL bout on Tuesday, October 8.
With the loss, Veritas School moves to 4-6 on the year. The Lions travel to Blue Ridge (St. George, VA) to play the Barons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Barons go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Blue Ridge won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Seton (Manassas, VA)
