In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Topeka Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Lansing Lions.

The Trojans (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Eudora (Eudora, KS). The Cardinals go into the non-league outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Eudora got by Leavenworth (Leavenworth, KS), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Lions confront the De Soto Wildcats (De Soto, KS) in a United Kansas outing, on Tuesday, October 1. Lansing will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 1-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Seaman (Topeka, KS).
