In Monday's non-league outing, the host Reading Blue Devils soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 win over the Pendleton County Wildcats.

The Blue Devils (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Taylor (Cleves, OH). The Yellowjackets enter the Cincinnati Hills outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Taylor tipped Mt. Healthy (Cincinnati, OH), 13-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Calvary Christian Cougars (Covington, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Pendleton County will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY).
