The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) and the visiting Cambridge Bears (Milton, GA), observed Wesleyan's softball team get by Cambridge by a tally of 5-1.

The Wolves (18-1) will now prepare for their bout against Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA). The WolfPack go into the 1A D-I Region 5 bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Whitefield Academy tipped Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA), 14-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bears encounter the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, October 2. Cambridge will attempt to move on its 19-5 season record. The Greyhounds come into the outing with a 14-6 record after their 5-1 league loss to Creekview (Canton, GA).
