Georgia High School Volleyball - Rabun County edged by Banks County

Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Banks County improves its record to 15-19 on the season. The Leopards travel to Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA) to face the Patriots in a 1A Area 8 test on Monday, September 30. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 13-5. Oglethorpe County won 2-0 in their recent league test against Greene County (Greensboro, GA)

The Wildcats now own a 15-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence Christian Academy for a 1A Area 8 test on Tuesday, October 1. Rabun County will face a Storm squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Athens Academy (Athens, GA). The Storm record now stands at 22-15.
