New York High School Volleyball - Franklin overwhelmed by Newark

The Newark Reds topped the host Franklin Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Reds face the Geneva Panthers (Geneva, NY) in a Section 5 Finger Lakes - East game, on Wednesday, October 2. Newark will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 3-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY).
The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Early College (Yonkers, NY). The Sharks go into the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Early College went down by Franklin (Rochester, NY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
