In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Griggs County Central/Midkota Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] .
The Cougars (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against LaMoure/Litchville-Marion (LaMoure, ND). The Loboes come into the B - Region 3 District 5 challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, LaMoure/Litchville-Marion beat Lisbon (Lisbon, ND), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the play the North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] Bearcats (Cando, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
