South Pemiscot Bulldogs (Steele, MO) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hayti Indians (Hayti, MO), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, South Pemiscot improves its record to 4-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Holcomb (Holcomb, MO) to face the Hornets in a Class 1 District 1 test on Monday, October 7. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 15-8. Holcomb lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Clarkton (Clarkton, MO)

The Indians now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Pemiscot for a Class 1 District 1 test on Tuesday, October 1. Hayti will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-9.
