The Seneca Fighting Irish topped the visiting Hinckley-Big Rock Royals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Fighting Irish confront the St. Bede Bruins (Peru, IL) in a Tri-County game, on Thursday, October 3. Seneca will attempt to advance on its 19-2 season record. The Bruins go into the game with a 12-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL).

The Royals (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL). The Hawks go into the Little Ten game with a 10-12 record. In their last game, Hiawatha gained a win over Harvard (Harvard, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
