In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Red Bank Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Lookout Valley Yellowjackets.
The Lions (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN). The Eagles enter the AA District 6 challenge with a 14-10 record. In their last challenge, Signal Mountain beat Grundy County (Coalmont, TN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets meet the Copper Basin Cougars (Copperhill, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Lookout Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts (Chattanooga, TN).
