The Rogers Vikings volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Mt. Pleasant Kilties to 0 in the Vikings league triumph on Monday.

The Vikings now have a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Narragansett for a Division 3 outing on Wednesday, October 2. Rogers will play a Mariners team coming off a 3-0 league win over Johnston (Johnston, RI). The Mariners record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Mt. Pleasant drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Kilties travel to Tolman (Pawtucket, RI) to play the Tigers in a Division 3 outing on Wednesday, October 2. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 6-2. Tolman won 3-0 in their recent league test against St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI)
