The Sparrows Point Pointers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines to 1 in the Pointers league triumph on Monday.

The Pointers now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern Tech for a Baltimore County 2A/1A outing on Monday, October 7.

With the loss, Western Tech & Environmental Science drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Chesapeake (Baltimore, MD) to play the Bay Hawks in a Baltimore County 2A/1A outing on Tuesday, October 1. The Bay Hawks come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Chesapeake won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Dundalk (Baltimore, MD)
