Kansas High School Volleyball - St. Paul can't get by St. Mary's-Colgan

St. Mary's-Colgan Panthers (Pittsburg, KS) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting St. Paul Indians (St. Paul, KS), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, St. Mary's-Colgan improves its record to 11-14 on the season. The Panthers host Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee, KS) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 18-5. Maranatha Christian Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Anderson County (Garnett, KS)

The Indians now own a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baxter Springs for a non-league test on Monday, September 30. St. Paul will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lyndon (Lyndon, KS). The Lions record now stands at 13-10.
