In Monday's non-league match, the Willapa Valley Vikings (Menlo, WA) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Wahkiakum Mules (Cathlamet, WA), by a final score of 3-0.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Wishkah Valley Loggers (Aberdeen, WA) in a 1B Coastal match, on Thursday, October 3. Willapa Valley will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record.
The Mules (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Firm Foundation Christian (Battle Ground, WA). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Firm Foundation Christian gained a win over Washington School for the Deaf (Vancouver, WA), 3-0, in a league match.
