In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Taft Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Glenbrook South Titans.
The Eagles (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Blue Demons go into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Maine East got by Maine West (Des Plaines, IL), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Titans clash with the Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league outing, on Friday, October 3. Glenbrook South will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Scouts go into the outing with a 0-4 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Libertyville (Libertyville, IL).
