Georgia High School Flag Football - Buford nips Oconee County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) and the visiting Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA), witnessed Buford's flag football squad edge Oconee County by a tally of 14-7.

The Wolves (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Archer (Lawrenceville, GA). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Archer was nudged by Marist (Atlanta, GA), 22-7, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Warriors encounter the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 7. Oconee County will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
