The Elkins Tigers soccer squad scored 1 points and held the host Grafton Bearcats to 0 in the Tigers league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to East Fairmont for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. Elkins will play a Bees squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Bees record now stands at 13-0.

With the loss, Grafton moves to 4-9 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Brooke (Wellsburg, WV) to play the Bruins in a Ohio Valley (OVAC) bout on Saturday, October 4. The Bruins enter the game with a record of 6-8. Brooke won 9-0 in their recent non-league game against East Liverpool (East Liverpool, OH)
