Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN) and the visiting Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN), witnessed Hill-Murray's soccer team knock off Simley by a final score of 3-0.

With the triumph, Hill-Murray moves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Tartan (Oakdale, MN) to meet the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Titans come into the test with a record of 3-6. Tartan lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN)

The Spartans now sport a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland Park for a Class A Section 3 test on Thursday, October 2. Simley will meet a Scots team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Como Park (St. Paul, MN). The Scots record now stands at 8-5.
