Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Alamosa Mean Moose (Alamosa, CO) and the visiting Durango Demons (Durango, CO), observed Alamosa's volleyball team hold off Durango by a tally of 2-1.

The Mean Moose (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Pagosa Springs (Pagosa Springs, CO). The Pirates go into the test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Pagosa Springs tipped Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO), 2-0, in a league test.

The Demons now own a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pagosa Springs for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7.
