Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Tolman Tigers (Pawtucket, RI) and the visiting Central Knights (Providence, RI), saw Tolman's soccer squad prevail over Central by a count of 5-1.
The Tigers (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons enter the Division 1 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Cranston West by Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next up, the Knights battle the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) in a Division 1 battle, on Thursday, October 2. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Townies enter the battle with a 8-0 record after their 1-0 league win over Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI).
