Maryland High School Soccer - Franklin knocks off Lansdowne

The Franklin Indians soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Lansdowne Vikings to 1 in the Indians non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Catonsville for a Class 3A North II bout on Tuesday, October 7. Franklin will play a Comets squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Hereford (Parkton, MD). The Comets record now stands at 4-2.
The Vikings (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Owings Mills (Owings Mills, MD). The Golden Eagles enter the Class 2A North I game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Owings Mills was overwhelmed by Franklin (Reisterstown, MD), 4-1, in a non-league game.
