Suffield Academy Tigers (Suffield, CT) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Kingswood Oxford Wyverns (West Hartford, CT), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Tigers (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Taft School (Watertown, CT). The Big Red go into the non-league outing with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Taft School edged Cheshire Academy (Cheshire, CT), 12-1, in a non-league test.

The Wyverns now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westminster School for a Founders test on Saturday, October 4. Kingswood Oxford will clash with a Martlets team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Williston Northampton (Easthampton, MA). The Martlets record now stands at 1-6.
